OAT AREPAS By Monica

Easy, quick and tasty!

INGREDIENTS:

Gluten free oats (available online) 

Coconut oil (available online)

Preparation:

Add water (less than 20ml) to 100gr of oats. You just need to have enough water to see the pats get together like a mass! And THAT'S IT! You don't have to cook the oats before! Use gluten free pats if looking to lose weight. 

Make balls like you were doing bread and grill them with Coconut oil  a little bit so they toast and change side. ENJOY!

You can eat it like bread, make an AREPA with vegan cheese and vegan sausages. That's what I call a VEGAN HEALTHY AREPA!

You can add sesame, chia, flax seed (anythingyou ant)
