Founded back in 2015 by Nicholas Melka, he maintains all elements of operations. Ask him about his bees or his company and he will tell you with passion, as his love for nature extends down to every last drop of honey.

Miel Mtl works with restaurants, schools, families, hospitals, businesses and organizations to have bees and honey. We focus on raw and sustainable approach to both honey production and beekeeping.

Nicholas Melka, expert beekeeper maintains all his bees and team with a lot of care. Managers and beekeepers Phil Sedgwick and Jake Ripley help run the partnership program and honey production. The season generally runs from April/May-November.
