- Rye flour is produced with stone-ground fall rye grains. From 100 kg of these grains, 95 kg rye flour can be extracted.
- Very high source of dietary fibre and source of iron.
- For better results, we suggest to combine the rye flour with with flour using the ratio 1 part rye flour to 2 parts of wheat flour.
