Unrefined Linseed/Flaxseed oil for Dr. Budwig diet is cold-pressed by Ol`Vita. Due to a high ammount of Omega 3 fatty acids (50% quaranteed), linseed oil is irreplaceable for our diet. It has positive impact on our body, especially on the nervous, digestive and circulatory systems. 

Linseed oil in everyday use: 

• supports digestive processes, 
• accelerates metabolism and helps with fat reduction, 
• moisturizes the skin and ensures its elasticity. 

We recommend to use 2-4 tablespoons of oil a day. Perfect to use instead butter on the bread. This oil has a delicious linseed flavour. To be stored in the fridge.
