Organoleptic characteristics: Light amber color, with reddish reflections. Very intense aroma, persistent and with clear phenolic components. Of sweet flavor, with acid notes. It has a low tendency to crystallize due to its richness in fructose and its low humidity. Honey collected during the summer.
