Suggested Use

Make My Award-Winning Oat Meal At Home

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Steel Cut Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

1 Serving	1/4 cup	3/4 cup	pinch
2 Servings	1/2 cup	1 1/2 cups	pinch
3 Servings	3/4 cup	2 1/4 cups	1/4 tsp
4 Servings	1 cup	3 cups	1/4 tsp

Steel Cut Oats in the Slow Cooker

Combine 4 cups water, 1 cup oats, and 1/2 tsp salt in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on low for 7-8 hours or overnight. Makes 4-servings.

Organic whole grain oats.
