Imagine a medium roast just before it transitions too far north, leaving some room for a chocolatey and nutty sensation to kick through and keep you honest. Wait, you are honest, that made no sense at all. Anyway, this product is made with organic, fair-trade coffee that brings a not-too-milky, real-coffee boldness you really have to taste to understand because whenever someone tries to describe it, they say dorky things like “real-coffee boldness.” But if you’ve ever had our Barista Edition oatmilk in a cappuccino, you know how perfectly it complements coffee, so you also know we’re not exaggerating when we say this vegan product is a feat of technology and imagination that warrants turning off whatever device you’re reading this on, grabbing a spoon and heading out the door to find the nearest freezer section with these brown-ish cartons behind its glass, so you can grab one (pay for it) and try it for yourself.
Like we said, it’s made with actual organic coffee, not a bunch of synthetic flavorings, or any at all, really.
Guar gum and locust bean gum are in the mix to make the texture amazing, and since we only use what is needed and we’re also proud of every ingredient in our products, we’ve confidently put the gums here under “what’s amazing.” (See also “what might be less amazing.”)

There are sugars, but you knew there would be, right? Maybe we didn’t need to mention it.
Some people might think the fact we use guar gum and locust bean gum to make the texture amazing is less amazing — so we’ve put the gums here under “what might be less amazing.” (See also “what’s amazing”)
Oat base (water, oats), coconut oil, sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, coffee, low erucic acid rapeseed oil. Contains 2% or less of: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum, sea salt.
