Fourth & Heart ghee is made from the milk of grass-fed, pasture raised New Zealand cows.  Why did we have to go so far from home? We find the best quality to be in the place where the greenest grass grows and that’s in New Zealand. 

Our Turmeric Ghee has a sweet and subtle flavor profile with notes of nut, honeysuckle, and honey, and it adds a warmth to any dish. And no, you don’t need to add black pepper, the ghee does the trick! It’s made with pure turmeric and cooked slowly into grass-fed New Zealand butter. Turmeric is known for aiding digestion, reducing inflammation, and increasing alkalinity and circulation in the body.
