Cooking Instructions
Ovenย (Preferred): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake for about 18 minutes or to desire colored and crispiness, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.ย
Microwave: Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to HIGH heat. Heat until hot, 2-2 1/2 minutes, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
