Fresh / Frozen Equivalent
Small Onion / ยฝ cup, Medium Onion / 1 cup, Large Onion / 1ยฝ cup
Sautรฉed onions (1 cup)

Heat 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. butter in a skillet on medium-high heat, add 1 cup frozen chopped onions and sautรฉย for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned, stir frequently.

* For food safety reasons, internal temperature should reach 71ยฐC or 160ยฐF. Keep frozen until ready to use.

Shelf Life
