1 sachet, 2 to 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; before use: if you have liver problems or gallstones.

Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or any other medication that may worsen the imbalance in electrolyte levels; if you suffer from hypokalemia, heart disease, high or

low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face or feet); if you are taking products containing diuretics; in case of allergy to the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family; if you have a bile duct obstruction; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Hypersensitivity (eg allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, heart rhythm disturbances and/or difficulty breathing.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
