We used our perfected technique for making crispy wafer sheets from einkorn flour because we know all the advantages of this ancient grain variety. We reduced the quantity of raw cane sugar and replaced the milk powder with organic coconut milk powder. We came up with an excellent vegan product, perfect for anyone staying off animal ingredients.

How's it made
We bake the einkorn wafer sheets. We mix the remaining ingredients into a smooth cream. We layer wafers and cream and cut them into shapes.
