Some of our favorite ginger comes from Fair Trade Certified™ small organic farms that are part of a Sri Lankan co-op. Not only does this ginger provide all of ginger’s well-known digestive benefits, the Fair Trade premium we pay has helped create a spice nursery, and provides farm implements and grants for kids to go to school.
