Since 1936, Markal has developed its activity around its historic product, bulgur. Today, it offers you a wide choice of products allowing you to integrate organic into each of your meals: rice, pasta, flour, cooking aids, legumes and many more.

It is in the heart of Drôme, a pilot department for the development of organic agriculture, that Markal has become a major player in the world of organic cereals.

Markal was built around three distinct activities:
