Actually this chewing gum is good. We chewed lots of gum and used lots of mints in our family. We eat SUPER clean all the time, so I DID with the chewing gum and the unsweetened mints "Junk". This is a great alternative. It leaves a fresh and pleasant breath. It is a good and clean product.
