If you ordering from Montreal, you need to choose the right shipping method (gel pack for refrigerated items) or add a gel pack to your order. If you don't do it, we may not add a gel pack because we assume you are ok with it since our deliveries are handled within 3-4 hours. We won't be responsible if your item is damaged/spoiled (wrong SHIPPING METHOD chosen). If you are ordering from OUTSIDE MONTREAL, our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING will no be available. We will be adding an ice pack and insulated material to help your order get to your place in a safe condition. ICE CREAMS would be taken out of your order. You order could be cancelled/shipped without the items in question, and if your order doesn't arrive to minimum of free shipping, the shipping cost will be taken from your payment. We are not in any sense obliged to contact you to get approval of these changes. Your order will be accepted, and in no sense, it will oblige our company to ship without an additional fee.
We've had plenty of success providing an outstanding fast delivery service in Montreal. We normally hand-deliver the same night (if your order is received before 3:30 pm). Orders received on weekends and holidays would be delivered the next weeknight between 6:30-10:00pm. IF you prefer to be delivered during the day, please let us know (office address). *Our delivery fee is $7.95 if your order is less than $30; $5.99 between $30 and $79. It is FREE if you order more than $80. A $2.00 fee would be added if you have refrigerated item in your cart
We also deliver all Montreal Surroundings by hand. We have a great platform to assure having your product delivered the same day between 15:30 and 21:30pm (if your order is received before 11:00 am). Orders received on weekends and holidays would be shipped the next weeknight. We deliver all areas including Laval, Brossard, Lasalle, Verdun, Boucherville, Longueuil, L'ile-Bizard among other areas. If your area is not covered, we will deliver the next business day. A $2.00 fee would be added if you have refrigerated item in your cart
We process and ship orders within 48 hours if it was placed before 3:00PM ET. Orders received on weekends and holidays would be proccessed the next business day. We offer free ground shipping for all of our products shipped within Canada. We ship most orders using Canada Post. Shipping carrier will be determined by Nature Sante at the time of shipping based on end destination to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. Exceptions will be based on address (remote locations) and max weight allowed (4kg) to get free shipping. Your order will be accepted, and in no sense, it will oblige our company to ship without an additional fee (if that's the case, a team member will contact you to give you the best possible deal. We may not contact you depending on the volume of orders we have). If by any chance, your order is returned because of a mystype on your address and/or your addres is a P.O. BOX and was not notified, you are entiltled to cover the shipping costs for the return and the shipping back to you.
Nature Sante ships internationally via Canada Post. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. There is no tracking number associated with the shipment. It’s your responsibility to call the courier company, If the product takes more than usual. The company is not responsible if the order is lost. We encourage you to contact us before ordering if outside USA and Mexico.
Shipping times vary between carriers. Nature Sante will provide the due diligence needed to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The reference shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:
This estimated periods will vary if a specific product is not available. We will only ship once to your location, if a product is not available, the order could be changed upon your authorization. Our system is updated on a regular basis, yet we are not obliged to ship a parcial order if a product is not available
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.
If you are in Montreal and surroundings, you have no tracking information, just be aware that the order woudl be delivered the same day if the email was sent before 3:00pm. We usually sent an SMS message as well to give a range of hours for your delivery. Use that information to track your order. If the box is lost after our driver leaves the box at your place and he notifies of it by text message, we have no resposibilty if the box is lost/stolen.
