If you are not on the cities mentioned before, We are still allowing clients to choose Free Standard Shipping for perishable items in SPRING-SUMMER SEASON (October 31st to March 22nd, only if you are no temperature-sensitive with your food). All other provinces of Canada will have to choose PRIORITY SHIPPING to get your goodies. Free standard shipping for perishables on other provinces should come back in winter time.

Eligible for Non perishables on orders total weight below 4kg. Orders over 4kg may be subject to an overweight fee (shipping cost minus our part of the shipping up to 4kg). For perishables, we charge an INSULATED WRAPPING + GEL PACK FEE. In spring-summer time, ONTARIO and QUEBEC are the only provinces we are keeping the FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for perishabels. IMPORTANT ! ABOUT REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS

If you ordering from Montreal, our deliveries are handled within 4-6 hours. We won't be responsible if your item is damaged/spoiled  (we decided not to put ice packs anymore unless you add them to your cart). If you are temperature sensitive, it would be adviced to shop directly in store during hot days. You may expect products out from the fridge/freezer for a few hours and gel packs may not be enough for you.

If you are ordering from OUTSIDE MONTREAL, our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING will not be available in summer times for provinces other than ONTARIO and QUEBEC. We will be adding an ice pack and insulated material to help your order get to your place in a COOL condition (if your order is below $120, the insulated WRAPPING and ice pack are included in the price). Frozen items may not be frozen, refrigerated items may not be cold, despite our efforts to maintain it at low temperatures. It will be COOL and safe to place it in the fridge/freezer upon arrival. By ordering from us, you understand that we are not legally and financially liable for any spoilage/damage based on not able to control how couriers manage our boxes. ICE CREAMS would be taken out of your order. You order could be cancelled/shipped without the items in question, and if your order doesn't arrive to minimum for free shipping, the shipping cost will be taken from your payment. We are not in any sense obliged to contact you to get approval of these changes. Your order will be accepted, and in no sense, it will oblige our company to ship without an additional fee.

As of October 24th to March 21st inclusive, you will be able to choose FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for refrigerated items if you have over $120. Maximum weight 4kg to be eligible. In spring-summer time, the only provinces ELIGIBLE for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ARE:

ONTARIO, QUEBEC.

The other provinces will not be eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you have frozen-refrigerated items on your cart! If you feel you are ok with 4-7 business days on a hot weather, call us to 514-738-4638 and we will require an authorization form to ship your products with STANDARD SHPPING 

IMPORTANT: No claims/refunds will be made for spoiled products due to delays on transportation when choosing FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for perishable items. Not even, if the product is EXPIRED when you receive the product (we will only refund an item if by the date we ship your order, the product has only 2 days of SHELF LIFE). To avoid weekend delays all order with perishable items will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

We've had plenty of success providing an outstanding fast delivery service in Montreal. We normally hand-deliver the same day (if your order is received before 11:00 pm). Orders received on weekends and holidays would be delivered the next weekday between 12:30pm-10:00pm. IF you prefer to be delivered during the day, please let us know (office address). *Our delivery fee is $7.95 if your order is less than $30; $5.99 between $30 and $79. SHIPPING METHODS

 

We process and ship orders within 48 hours if it was placed before 3:00PM ET. Orders received on weekends and holidays would be proccessed the next business day. We offer free ground shipping for all of our products shipped within Canada. We ship most orders using Canada Post. Shipping carrier will be determined by Nature Sante at the time of shipping based on end destination to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. Exceptions will be based on address (remote locations based on population more or less < 25k habitants "Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service") and max weight allowed (4kg) to get free shipping. Your order will be accepted, and in no sense, it will oblige our company to ship without an additional fee (if that's the case, a team member will contact you to give you the best possible deal. We may not contact you depending on the volume of orders we have). If by any chance, your order is returned because of a mystype on your address and/or your addres is a P.O. BOX and was not notified, you are entiltled to cover the shipping costs for the return and the shipping back to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Nature Sante ships internationally via Canada Post. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. There is no tracking number associated with the shipment.  It’s your responsibility to call the courier company, If the product takes more than usual. The company is not responsible if the order is lost. We encourage you to contact us before ordering if outside USA and Mexico. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary between carriers. Nature Sante will provide the due diligence needed to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The reference shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:

 

  • Montreal and surrounding (next business day and/or same day delivery if the order is made before 11:00am)
  • East Canada (1-3 Business Days after processing)
  • West Canada (5-8 Business Days after processing)

This estimated periods will vary if a specific product is not available. We will only ship once to your location, if a product is not available, the order could be changed upon your authorization. Our system is updated on a regular basis, yet we are not obliged to ship a parcial order if a product is not available.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.

If you are in Montreal and surroundings, you have no tracking information, just be aware that the order would be delivered the same day if the email was sent before 3:00pm. We usually sent an SMS message as well to give a range of hours for your delivery. Use that information to track your order. If the box is lost after our driver leaves the box at your place and he notifies of it by text message, we have no resposibilty if the box is lost/stolen.
