Burdock org. root Arctium lappa 82 mg
Juniper org. berries Juniperus communis 65 mg
Marshmallow org. root Althaea officinalis 65 mg
Parsley org. root Petroselinum crispum 65 mg
Turmeric org. rhizome Curcuma longa 32 mg
Cayenne org. fruit Capsicum annuum 16 mg
Non medicinal ingredient: Vegetable cellulose capsule

Traditionally used in Western herbalism to ease nasal congestion and soothe seasonal allergy symptoms.
Adults: Take 2 or 4 capsules, 1 to 2 times a day.
